Venue registration
Schools who wish to host the preliminary and national round of the Contest need to complete and sign the Venue Approval Form and send it to hipporomania@gmail.com. This way they will get access to the online registration platform, where the school coordinator can register students.

Candidate registration
If you are a student between 6 and 19 years old and you would like to compete at Hippo English Without Borders, here’s what you need to do:
A) If your school, your language center is a registered Hippo Venue or your English teacher is registered at a Hippo English Without Borders and you intend to participate at the Contest, we kindly ask you to follow the next steps:
- Please contact your Venue Coordinator or exam teacher and Register there. They will register you to the Contest.
- If your Venue collects the registration fees, make your registration payment at your Venue. If your Venue doesn’t have the possibility to collect the registration fees, make your payment at hipporomania/payment page, selecting the “I’m registered at an accredited Hippo Venue” and enter your Hippo Venue Name given by your exam teacher / venue coordinator.
B) If you want to participate individually at this contest, here’s what you need to do:
- Contact us at hipporomania@gmail.com or 0740 16 86 36 to find a registered Hippo Venue for you.
- Make your registration and payment at hipporomania/payment page selecting the “I am not registered at any local Hippo Venue” option and enter the Hippo Venue name given by us.
You will be enrolled once we have received your information and the registration fee has been paid.
